An opportunity for a challenging and exciting Sales career in the IT Business Solutions Industry. A suitable candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local language, enjoy meeting people, like being on the road for selling locally, traveling outstation, have an outgoing and pleasant personality, and possess a keen desire to excel in the sales profession. The applicants must have a diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other qualification, with at least one year of experience as an application engineer or a Sales and Support Engineer in selling Electronic Multi-gauging systems; OR in marketing and delivering IT solutions (like SPC, Production Monitoring Systems, etc.) to the Engineering Manufacturing industry.

The selected candidates will undergo training in the “Selling Process” and the requisite sales skills, including Sales Funnel Management, Leads generation, Cold Calling and lead qualification, Sales Presentation preparation and delivery, Body Language, Proposal process cycle till closure, etc.

After six months, based on performance, a trainee may be confirmed as a Business Development Executive, a Job that provides a variety of challenges, making it engaging and exciting.

The Job involves thorough execution of the 'Concept Selling Process', including leads generation, cold calling, qualification, demonstration, proposal submission, closure, delivery, collection, and support. Timely and diligent reporting of the Sales Funnel is a must. Our focus market segment comprises machined components and products (like Auto-Components manufacturers), Electrical and White Goods manufacturers, etc.

The selected candidates will be imparted training in the Sales Process and the associated skills, including Sales Funnel Management, Sales Presentation preparation and delivery, Body Language, Objection handling, Deal Closure, etc.
