Project Tracking: Facility to plan, monitor and track progress of a project, with functionality for the following activities.
o Assign responsibility for each activity and specify expected completion date
o Facility for each team member to track progress for his/her activity.
o Automatically generate reminders for delayed activities.
o Carry out toll gate review using standardized check lists on completion of each stage

Project Dash Board: Web based Projects Dash Board that presents management with an overview of all the projects that are currently in progress. A more detailed view may be seen for a selected project. The Dash Board may be viewed, through a browser, only by authorized users.

Integrated Tool Box: Commonly used quality tools and statistical data analysis tools have been provided in an integrated tool box. The tool box consists of the following tools:

o Project planning and monitoring
o Tools to assist in definition and evaluation of a project
o Brainstorming for idea generation and prioritization for ideas filtering
o Process mapping and analysis
o Cause and effect (Ishikawa Fishbone) diagramming and root cause analysis
