4. Idea Description
Provision to edit and elucidate the ideas with additional descriptive information for clarity.

5. Analysis and Grouping of Ideas
Analyze ideas from a particular perspective, and group similar ideas under groups and sub-groups.

6. Cloning of Ideas
Clone ideas that may belong to more than one group, and merely drag-and-drop similar ideas into relevant groups.

7. Preliminary Idea Selection
Carry out preliminary selection of ideas in a brainstorming session by marking the selected ideas in the ideas list.

8. Combining Different Sessions
Brainstorming sessions conducted at different time and places can be combined entirely or in segments.

9. Multi–technique Prioritization
Carry out further prioritization or filtering of ideas using as many of the following supported technique as required.

Multi-Voting: Using selection or allocation of points Multi-Criteria-Voting: Assigning weightages to ideas from the perspective of each of the   defined criteria, and then selecting ideas based on the weighted total for each. Decision Grid: Using the Four Quadrant Method or Effort-Impact Matrix, with criteria pairs   for further selection of ideas. Nominal Group Technique: Ranking ideas as per the priorities of individual team   members. Force Field Analysis: Using this to establish practicality of implementation of the selected   ideas.

10. Multi-level Action Plan & Monitoring
Prepare a multi- level action plan for the implementation of the finally selected ideas with responsibility for each action being assigned to specific individuals. The progress of the implementation of each action may be monitored by using the Gantt Chart facility.

11. Documentation
All the brainstorming sessions and prioritization sessions can be printed as reports or MS Word documents, and e-mailed to each team member.
